You know there is so much you can do to change how you feel, but you just don’t know where to start, nor do you have the time to research it all.

You want a different way of eating. Something that’s enjoyable so that you can stick with it. Because let’s face it, there’s only so much cabbage soup or blancmange type food a girl can take!!

You need someone to show you what changes to make, how to make them and cheer you on along the way. Well you’re in luck, because that’s exactly what I do.

I’m Rebecca Tucker and my passion is helping ladies look and feel amazing through eating great food and leading a balanced lifestyle. I love to help ladies get their glow!

As a registered nutritional therapist I have spent countless hours researching the science behind nutrition and how it can transform our health. I’ve studied behaviour change and how to create healthy habits that last a lifetime. So even if you’ve tried a hundred times to change the way you eat and never managed to stick to it, I can help you make those long-lasting changes.

I’ve been there. I was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and found there was so much I could do to help myself. I tried different ways of eating, but always found it so difficult to stick to. Then I’d feel like a failure.

I offer my clients the guidance and support that’s needed when they really want to make those changes. I break everything down into a simple step-by-step process. And guess what. They enjoy their lifestyle so much that they don’t want to go back to how they used to be!

I was born in the beautiful Peak District area of Derbyshire and now live in Staffordshire, UK. I live with my husband and Springer Spaniel puppy, who both make me smile every day!

Before discovering how totally awesome nutrition is, I worked in marketing which I still enjoy. I love to write my blog so that I can share my experiences and help others.

In my spare time you’ll either find me walking in the great outdoors or sweating it out in a gym class. I just love how exercise makes me feel. Although I’ve not always felt this way about exercise… another little habit that’s changed my life.

I also love crying with laughter, getting together with friends and family and lazy Sunday afternoons. I practice meditation and gratitude every day which has opened my eyes to so many possibilities. I have a passion for learning and I just can’t seem to stop taking new courses!

The Universe is amazing and I believe there are no co-incidences in life (I love that you’ve been guided to read this). Life is a blessing and I’m here to make the most of it!
