Yoga Tuition

I first discovered yoga as a way to stretch out after my gym sessions and soon realised that it not only helped my physical body, but also helped calm my busy mind. I started practising more frequently, and found in busy or stressful times, yoga helped me to navigate back to a sense of peace.

Fast forward a few years and the impact of yoga on my life was so undeniable, that I decided to train as a yoga teacher so that I could help others feel the benefits too. As hormonal balance has always been my main area of interest, I completed further training in Yoga for Women’s Health and Yoga for the Menopause. I also qualified to teach yin yoga and restorative yoga, having learned of the profound impact of these practices on hormone balance.


Yoga is the perfect addition to the nutrition programmes I offer, and is suitable for all levels, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or have never stepped foot on the mat before. I’d love to be part of your journey in leading a calmer, healthier life.


If you would like to connect with other ladies transitioning into the menopause, whilst learning simple practices you can use at home, I offer workshops combining yoga and nutrition to support menopause.
